The CLB65 from CL Yachts is a 64-foot flybridge motor yacht that borrows the beam of a larger sister and puts it to work for owners who like to run their own boat.
Some yachts are best measured by their length. The CLB65 makes more sense measured by her width.
The CLB65 measures 64 feet 6 inches overall. Her beam of 19 feet 10 inches is the same as that of the larger CLB72, and the extra width shows throughout: in the salon, in the cabins and on deck.
Twin 800-horsepower Volvo Penta IPS1050 pod drives give her a top speed of 27 knots, with the precise handling that pod propulsion brings to open water and crowded marinas alike. Fin stabilizers are standard. Naval architecture is by Howard Apollonio, and the layout was conceived with owner-operators in mind.

The CLB65 opens to the cockpit
The galley sits aft on the main deck, and a flip-up window in the aft bulkhead connects it directly with the cockpit. Serving the salon or the table outside becomes equally easy, and the main deck works as one continuous space from the windshield to the transom.

A table aft, a sunpad forward
In the cockpit, a settee for four and a table set the scene for meals in the open air.
Forward, a three-person settee beneath the windshield and a large sunpad create a second outdoor lounge, one that stays private when the yacht is moored stern-to.

Light inside, open air above
Expansive windows give the salon a sense of openness, with more than one place to sit and talk.
Up top, the flybridge has the helm to starboard, a U-shaped lounge to port and, aft, an L-shaped settee and table beside a bar and an outdoor cooking area: everything a day in the open air requires.

Three cabins, one full-beam
Amidships on the accommodation deck, the master spans the full beam of the yacht, with a king-size bed.
Forward, the VIP cabin has windows on both sides.
To port, a third cabin with two berths. Three full heads serve the lower deck, and the yacht also has a crew cabin.
