The Bahamas is a sacred place for Lenny Kravitz. In and around the island of Inagua, his maternal grandfather’s place of birth, the multiple Grammy-winning musician has written songs about family, racial injustice, and dreams to fly away. “It’s here where I can listen to what I’ve been living, to what floats in the wind,” he says of his home.
