The Pershing 140 is the result of collaboration between the architect Fulvio De Simoni, the Strategic Product Committee of the Ferretti Group led by Piero Ferrari, and the Engineering Department of the Group. It is the brand’s first model constructed at the Super Yacht Yard in Ancona, which is Ferretti Group’s specialized production facility for building super and mega yachts made of steel and aluminum, with a length of over 40 meters.

The Pershing 140 is not just the first all-aluminum super yacht from Pershing; it’s also the first yacht with a raised helm station directly connected to the terrace. It’s the first to establish a dedicated owner’s area on the main deck and the first to have a beach area that can be fully opened both aft and to both sides.

Powerful and spectacular, the incomparable experience of this Pershing cruiser is electrifying and is gaining more enthusiasts with its fantastic combination of creativity, design, technology, and performance.

The yacht spans two main decks and a generous sunbathing terrace, maintaining the elegant and distinctive lines of the brand’s sporting personality. A combination of innovative design features and iconic details, such as the two side wings integrated into the superstructure at the start of the gangways, make the Pershing 140 a truly unique model with high demand in the market.

The raised bridge is located on the main deck with direct access to the sunbathing area, which can be equipped with a bar, a sunbathing area, and a second helm station. The beach club is one area that attracts owners the most, offering a place to enjoy intimate contact with the water. Located behind the engine room, it can be opened on three sides for a custom experience to accommodate the owner’s water toys. The spacious and comfortable main deck salon provides the ideal indoor and outdoor transition.

The bright interior, adorned in white and mirrors, creates striking optical illusions and fills the space with even more light. In the salon, the fully equipped bar on the starboard aft wall is a structural unit with independent lighting, concealed behind doors decorated with special textured lacquer that coordinates with the salon’s décor, so the bar is only visible when in use.

The Pershing 140 also features a full-beam owner’s suite accessed through a private study containing a small sitting area. It also includes a generous dressing room and a large bathroom with a steam shower decorated with mosaic tiles and finished in a special mother-of-pearl lacquer, like all the yacht’s bathrooms.

The onboard decoration can be fully customized by the owner, who, for this unit, has chosen an interior design in Pershing style but with lighter color tones than those seen in previous editions of the same model. The interior decoration makes extensive use of white lacquer, perfect for creating a brighter and more relaxing space, complemented by the choice of lead-colored wood, a light gray that enhances the harmonious atmosphere of the environment. The yacht also features fine materials and furniture provided by the best luxury design brands: Poltrona Frau, a long-time Pershing partner, Minotti, Artemide, Roche Bobois, Molteni, and Fontana Arte, confirming the brand’s sophisticated aesthetics.

Four MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines power this Pershing 140 unit, each with 2,600 HP, and the performance figures confirm the sportiness of this model, with a maximum speed of 38 knots and a cruising speed of 35 knots.

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the BoatsGuideFlorida.com website (“Website”), “BOATS GUIDE FLORIDA” mobile application (“Mobile Application”), UsaOnboard.com website (“Website”), and any of their related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and GHIDS MEDIA CORP (doing business as “BOATS GUIDE FLORIDA”, USA ONBOARD, “we”, “us” or “our”). If auto-renewal is enabled for the Services you have subscribed for, you will be charged automatically in accordance with the term you selected. If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We reserve the right to change products at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Indemnification

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

Assignment

You may not assign, resell, sub-license or otherwise transfer or delegate any of your rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent, which consent shall be at our own sole discretion and without obligation; any such assignment or transfer shall be null and void. We are free to assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, to any third party as part of the sale of all or substantially all of its assets or stock or as part of a merger.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms related to the Services at any time at our discretion. Email messages we send on behalf of our advertisers or other Bonnier brands are delivered from our internal email marketing system only. We only want to communicate with you if you want to hear from us. All email messages we send will contain Unsubscribe and Manage Preferences links in the footer of each email, which you can use to control what type of email messages you receive. In order to provide you with all relevant content for our brand(s) with which you have interest and to give you the greatest degree of control over what type of messages you receive, your email address may exist on multiple lists.

Taking action using the Unsubscribe link will suppress you from a single list for that type of content (ex: Editorial, Sponsored or Consumer Marketing). For this reason, if you want to stop receiving all email messages from a Bonnier brand, using the Manage Preferences link from the email footer may be a more appropriate option.
